What payment method can I use?
We accept payments from all the credit card types (Visa, American Express, Mastercard).
How do I place an order?
Browse through our collections/products and search for the items you love, then click the green "Add to cart" button and then "Check Out". Enter your shipping and billing information and wait for your order to arrive at your delivery address. It is that simple :)
Which currency is displayed on website?
All our products are listed in US Dollars. If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on the website. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.
SHIPPING & ORDER
How much is shipping?
It's $4.95 Dollars Insured Shipping Fee to USA. However, if you purchase more than $50 Dollars then the shipping is FREE.
How long will take my order to be delivered?
The duration of the shipping depends on the product and the location.. For most of our products the shipping takes from 7 to 15 business days. But for some items it can take up to 30 - 55 days, depending on availability and stock status. We process your order within 24-72 hours from the day you place it, and there is a reason for it, so by all means keep reading.
Why didn't my order come together in just one package?
We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Mexico, Eastern Europe, China and Singapore). Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfillment centers around the world so you could receive the order faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive an item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once as the others are on the way. If you do not receive all your purchase within 6 weeks, please contact us on support[at]supasto.com to look into your shipment or refund your payments.
How do I track my package?
If you require a tracking number please email us to support@supasto.com . We will send you a tracking number after we process your order. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package. (We'll send you all the info in the email)
What can I do if there is a problem with my shipment?
If there's any problem with your package, please contact our support team support@supasto.com. Please be sure to include your order numbers and tracking numbers, a brief explanation of the problem, and any case or reference numbers you have started with the carrier.
Can I edit my order or my details?
Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order/s if it has not been yet fulfilled. If you wish to change anything about your order, please contact us or write to us at support@supasto.com within 24 hours of placing your order, hence this is the main reason we have a processing time of 24-72 hours that allows us to give the best customer services possible to you as a customer just in case you want to edit something like changing address etc.. If the order has already been shipped, we can be no longer make any necessary changes to it.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your exchange and refund policy?
Supasto has a 30 day money back guarantee for all orders placed through www.supasto.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
What If I receive a product that is damaged?
We always try our best to serve our customers well with the best quality products. However, there might be several factors that are not in our control like handling your shipment, i am sure you may have come across this very insightful luggage handling video and i coudnt belive myself when i watched it the first time, so if you havent watched it then here's the link...I will send you a link in your confirmation email...just kidding, here's the link...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mU6F12S6q48, which results in your products to be damaged. If you have received a defective or a damaged product, please contact us or write to us at support@supasto.com.
Please do not worry if you received your items damanged then we have 100% REFUND or RESEND Policy in place once you send us pictures of damaged items, so please be assured you will get 100% of your money back or resend of your item(s).
Let us know the problem and don't forget to attach photo or video so we can address the issue clearly. We will send a replacement if the customer requests for one.
